You are solely responsible for how you use Generated Content and for ensuring that your inputs and your use of any output comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Because Generated Content is produced by automated systems, we do not guarantee that it is original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose, and similar or identical output may be generated for other users. We may remove or disable access to any Generated Content or User Content that we believe violates these Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to create, upload, generate, store, or distribute any content, or to engage in any activity, that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation, or restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services;

• Promotes illegal goods or services, or is otherwise fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.

We may investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected violation, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that content on our services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated contact at the address in the "Contact Us" section below that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
